ITAG organized a 3-day physical training on Customer Service for its members, which commenced on Monday, 2nd May and ended on Thursday 4th May 2023. Mr. Pierre Davis, a Tech Strategy and Advisory Executive expert from the United States of America facilitated the event. The training featured various interesting modules, amongst which were FOSTERING A SERVICE MINDSET, STRENGTHENING YOUR SERVICE SKILLS, GENERATING EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS, CUSTOMER PRIORITIES etc. The training covered the essentials of maintaining good customer relationships and developing new skills in customer service delivery.
